Background
Founded in 2005, Charles Mo & Company began as a corporate consulting firm focusing on providing human resources and executive search services. We have since expanded to offer services in five core competencies: new business development, factory setup, human resources and executive search, outsourced accounting, and IT/ERP.
Charles Mo & Company also maintains an active presence in the larger Shanghai and China business communities. As a corporate member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai (AmCham), we continue participate in various types of governmental advocacy. Past projects have included presentations to American cabinet and congressional delegations at both state and federal levels. We have also helped to lobbied the Chinese government on behalf of U.S. commercial interests in China. In 2004, Charles Mo presented the AmCham White Paper to the Deputy Director of the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) in Beijing.
