Charles Mo, CPA, MBA
We are a wholly-owned corporation registered under the Laws of the People¡¯s Republic of China. Our American investor is Charles Mo, CPA, a professional sole proprietorship firm registered and licensed to practice in New Hampshire and California. Our current legal domicile is in Shanghai, China and our parent company was established in 1991 in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Charles is the founder and CEO of Charles Mo & Company. In addition to serving as Vice-Chairman for the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai (2006, 2007, 2008), he also recently joined the Board of Directors for OMNIA Luo Inc., an OTC BB: OLOU company,and China Rita Power Company.
Charles has over 12 years of financial and management experience in China, having served as the COO for Coca-Cola Shanghai, CFO for Nike China, and General Manager/Controller for Polaroid China. Since joining the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai in 2003, Charles has also been elected to various leadership positions in the Corporate Social Responsibility committee and on the Board of Governors. Prior to his arrival in China in 1995, Charles spent 12 years working for Wang Laboratories Inc. in Lowell, Massachusetts. He began his career with Ernst & Young and is presently a licensed CPA in California and New Hampshire. Charles earned his MBA degree from California State University Fullerton. Sherry Zhang, Senior Financial Consultant
Sherry Zhang has over 30 years of industry experience working for multinational companies in China . While working at Nike China and Polaroid China , Sherry served as Finance Director, Controller, and Finance Manager. Sherry also held positions as Procurement Director, Revenue Administration Director, and Acting Hypermarket Manager for Coca-Cola Shanghai.
Gao Jihua, Senior Operations Consultant
Gao Jihua has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Specializing in physical infrastructure building and equipment installation. He helped Shanghai Coca Cola install over 10 new filling lines over the past 10 years. Prior to joining Coke, Mr. Gao worked for Shanghai Guan Sheng Yuran, a business unit of the Meiling Group.
Tiffany Ng, Project Analyst
Tiffany joined Charles Mo & Co. with a background in International Relations and Chinese Studies. In addition to studying at the University of Pennsylvania, she has work experience with the Wharton School of Business Communication Program. Tiffany also worked in Research, Evaluation, and Development for the U.S. State Department.
