Establishing a small to medium size company in China requires regulatory compliance with the financial branch of the local government. We provide this assistance by using approved local software for the general ledger. Furthermore, we set up bank accounts, different tax certificates, foreign exchange certificate, import/export certificate, and various finance chops for the company. We provide the accounting services: monthly statutory financial filing with the tax authority, administer payroll, deposit into the bank payroll account, VAT and payroll and income tax filing. We can provide all these services with one monthly fixed fee. For manufactruing companies, we prodvide services right up until production begins. Research has shown it is more efficient for our clidents to set up an in-house finanace organization to handle cost accounting, budgeting, warehousing and inventory management.
